• Certificate of Discharge or Certificate of Service, if the applicant applied under the Ex-Servicemen quota.
• The online application form must be uploaded by candidates together with all pertinent educational documents, such as the SSC, Matriculation, 10th Pass, and ITI trade certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT with mark sheets, SC/ST, OBC, PWD, or Ex-SM, among others. Original certificates must be submitted to the RRC/NCR; if they are not, the applicant will not be permitted to proceed with the selection process. Original certificates must also be submitted at the time of document verification.
• A clear front view of the applicant, without a cap or sunglasses, in a 3.5 cm × 3.5 cm photo that was shot no later than three months after the date of application. The image should be between 20 and 70 KB in size and be in JPG or JPEG format with 100 DPI. Applicants should be aware that RRC reserves the right to reject applications at any time if they upload an outdated or unclear photo or if there are noticeable differences between the applicant’s physical appearance as shown in the photo and the photo uploaded on the application form.
